If you receive an error that indicates that workforce identity federation isn't available for your organization, you must request access.
To request access to workforce identity federation, choose from the following options.
Support plan
If your organization has a support plan, do the following:
Go to the Help and support page.
Enter the following information in the fields:

Click Next, and enter information into the following fields:
Select your product sub-category:
OtherIn Language selection, select your preferred language.

Click Submit.
No support plan
If your organization doesn't have a support plan, do the following:
Go to the Workforce Identity Federation page.
At the top of the page, click Send Feedback.
In the Describe your feedback (required) field, paste and update the following information:
Tag: Workforce_Identity_Pools_Access Organization ID (should be numerical): Justification: Additional details: Contact email address:Click Send.
