Gets the IAM policy for DataAgent

The URLs use gRPC Transcoding syntax.

REQUIRED: The resource for which the policy is being requested. See Resource names for the appropriate value for this field.

OPTIONAL: A GetPolicyOptions object for specifying options to dataAgents.getIamPolicy.
