Adds a tag to a specified revision of a spec.
HTTP request
POST https://apigeeregistry.googleapis.com/v1/{name=projects/*/locations/*/apis/*/versions/*/specs/*}:tagRevision
The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Required. The name of the spec to be tagged, including the revision ID.

The request body contains data with the following structure:

Required. The tag to apply. The tag should be at most 40 characters, and match [a-z][a-z0-9-]{3,39}.

If successful, the response body contains an instance of ApiSpec
